So, there’s a wagon.

Some people are PULLING the wagon.
Some people are SITTING on the wagon.
Some people are PUSHING the wagon.

WHICH GROUP ARE YOU IN?

It depends on what you see out in front.

If you see a big wide stained river (an obstacle), you might be the one PUSHING.

If you know what is on the other side (the vision), you are probably PULLING.

If you are not sure what the outcome might be, you almost certainly are SITTING.

As a leader, you have to illustrate the WHY so others will know if it’s compatible with their own purpose.
